Pilosio: export leads the sales growth

The strong impulse to internationalization produced a 30% sales growth during the first semester.

The first semester of 2001 has concluded with positive economic and financial results for Pilosio, one of the leading Italian companies in the field of building and construction. The company from Tavagnacco (Udine) led by Dario Dario Roustayan,  has released the successful news at the end of the board of directors meeting on Tuesday, August 2nd held to examine the managerial reports regarding the first 6 months of the year.

During the first six months of the year Pilosio sales has grown of an almost 30% percentage rate if compared with the same period in 2010. The growth is the result of a strong increase in the export sales, representing a 50% global rate (one year ago in the same period, export sales amounted to 20% of the global sales). The gross operating margin amounts to about 1,3 millions of Euro, with a 120% increase compared with the same period in 2010 and therefore getting a positive return for the profit ante-tax.

The forecasted results for the closing of 2011 should confirm the good results of the first semester and the observance of the existing company plan. "These rates reward the effort done by the company management, and by the people working for the company, and also by the Trade union. Together they have been working for the past twelve months to help Pilosio to overcome the crisis and especially to pass the strong slowing down of the Italian market" - says the company's board of directors.
