FORMWORK
Is a modular formwork system used to cast large-dimension walls, load-bearing walls, columns and retaining walls. It is composed of base modules whose dimensions are 100 x 300 cm made of a high-resistance sectioned-steel frame and a treated multilayer panel.
In order to guarantee high standards of quality, after the steel frame has gone through the cleaning and roughing procedures it is painted via immersion and dried at high temperatures. The result is frame which is highly resistant to abrasions and oxidation.
The multilayer treatment that the panel undergoes allows the module to have a longer life span, speeds up the stripping operations, and also saves on the use of stripping materials.
The modules can be used indifferently both vertically and horizontally.
The accompanying equipment (contrast beams, clamps, bearing brackets, and cone-shaped corners, etc.) allows you to utilize the P300 modular system at the best of its capabilities.
Among the accessories, the rapid-clamp guarantees maximum assembly and disassembly. Just a hammer hit is literally all you need to clasp it.
