Pilosio Stand in Bologna SAIE 2009
The covered stand area is 225 m2, and shows the whole range of Pilosio and Lama production. The main structure is formed by MP scaffolding, and the cover by Building 74 (Lama). Inside, the stand is about 10 meters high, and the tower bearing Pilosio banner is 22 meters at its highest.
NEWS: LITEFORM
“LITEFORM” is the new arming system for traditional slabs ( ex. beams, “hollow blocks” or Bausta plates) and for casting slab solution. LITEFORM has been projected for reducing assembly time and increasing safety on building site.Because easy to handle and very light , all the elements can be moved by one worker only. The system modularity together with few pieces of accessories allow the realisation of any kind of slabs, and the use of quick dismantling heads allows the recycling of the whole structure after 2 or 3 days.
At the planning stage, we have paid very attention to the safety aspect and consequently LITEFORM system is assembled starting from down, the casting and walking level is completely in aluminium and formed by a framework of profiles with narrow openings that make unnecessary the use of plywood coating.
NEWS: TIMBER
Timber is a sectional system for making modular formworks, with dimensions from 1.0 to 3.0 mt width and from 3.0 to 6.0 mt high. The structure is formed by a principal framework of steel beams, coupled with secondary PL20 beams and a layer of plywood ( 21-27 mm) for casting. In standard system the formwork is able to bear forces till 6000 daN/m2 , but with special composition its load capacity is also 8000 – 10000 daN/m2 . Panels can be supplied preassembled and ready to be used or to be assembled on building site. We suggest using this kind of formworks system for large building works ( bridges, viaducts, containing walls, industry structures, lift wells for very high edifices like towers coupled with hydraulic feed system) because characterised by continuous repetitiveness of large concreted surfaces.
NEWS: ADJUSTABLE SIMPLE GUIDING
The new adjustable simple guiding allows the struts to be placed at the optimum height and so enables work continuity at the base of the excavation. Formwork bearing forces till 4000 daN/m2
ST100
· ST110 is the ideal solution for large on-site concreted slabs, large construction works with repetitive phases like towers.
· The standard module is 10x3,5m equivalent to 35 m2 of armed surface.
· The ST110 consist of two lattice beams connected to telescopic props, a secondary aluminium or PL20 beams and a counter-casting surface made of 18 or 21 mm plywood.
ST50
· The ST50 slabs table is available with 200-250x400-500cm base sizes and variable height.
· It consists of four telescopic props tied to a swivel head connected to the main PL20 beams, a secondary PL20 beams frame and a counter-casting surface made of plywood or wooden yellow panels.
· The ST50 panels are specially indicated for on-site concreted slabs with regular and repetitive geometries. The low weight and the large assembled surface allow high productivity
P300 – Supporting and shoring bracket
for monofaced cast in elevation.
The supporting and shoring bracket can be combined to any kind of Pilosio formwork system. With P300 formwork it’s combined to 200x300 cm panels, with presure of 5000 daN/m².
Particularly indicated for high monofaced walls casting.

P300 panels of 100cm with stripping corner for an easy disarming by just a single crane pull.
New Secure European scaffolding SE105-180 & SE72-250. According to European Standard EN12810.
People can work in the maximum security and free of mind without aid of safety cables or harness during assembly and disassembly phases. The SE frame provides the locking pin turned down to make grafting more convenient and faster; the reduced distance between the treading floor and the uppercut it also reduces the effort needed for the lifting. The guardrail frame SEhas on both sides two different locking pins, one longer than the other, to allow a fast and simple assembly. The scaffolding SE is projected for a load up to 300 daN/m2s with 180cm or 105cm betweenthe frames.
